Why do I need Maintenance Cover?
Peace of mind motoring.
Maintenance contracts normally include all scheduled routine servicing, fair wear & tear on tyres, batteries and exhausts. Maintenance Cover can be included with any of our business or personal contracts.
Maintenance Cover will be a fixed monthly amount that you can optionally add. To avoid any nasty surprises or unexpected bills.
If you choose not to include our maintenance cover you will need to make your own arrangements to ensure the vehicle is serviced during the full term of your agreement with us.
What is Maintenance Cover?
Maintenance Cover for vehicle leasing or Contract Hire agreements where the cost of one or more of the following items are included in your monthly rental:
All new vehicles come with a Manufacturer’s Warranty, which guarantees to replace failed components for a fixed period of time with no charge for the parts or labour, subject to the vehicle being looked after and serviced at the correct intervals.
Warranties should not be confused with Maintenance Cover, which will cover you for the cost of routine servicing, and any components and tyres that wear out gradually due to normal usage. These things are not covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee.
Benefits of Maintenance Cover:
Please remember that all Maintenance Contracts are not the same, and different leasing companies will provide different cover in their car leasing maintenance packages. Please speak to a member of staff here at Tilsun Group for further details.

Green Cars’ is the term used for zero, low and ultra-low emission vehicles (ULEVs) - with pressure being applied to lower global emission levels, the need for “eco-friendly” vehicles is on the rise. Many countries now have plans in place to abolish the use of combustion engines before the turn of the century and so more and more vehicles we see on the roads will be Electric, hybrid or very low emission petrol and diesels.
Although beneficial to the environment, ‘Green Cars’ are also beneficial from a taxation view. The lower a vehicle’s emissions banding, the lower the taxation placed against it. Many manufacturers have tapped in to this ever-growing market with their own offerings, however, Volvo were the first manufacturer to state that every one of their models will be either electric or hybrid options from 2019.
