Orders:

Your order of a vehicle from the Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd website is an offer by you to lease a specific vehicle at a specific rental on specific terms. All orders are subject to: acceptance by Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd, vehicle availability, price changes and the payment of a deposit in accordance with your accepted order.
If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd will contact you by email or by telephone to discuss possible alternative options. Upon mutual acceptance of a suitable alternative Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd will then request a revised order from you and payment of the required deposit. If the vehicle is available and Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd accepts your order then you will be contacted by Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd to request payment of the deposit in accordance with your accepted order.

Rentals & Pricing:

The rentals quoted on the Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd website are correct at time of publishing to said website and are subject to change in line with the supplying financier’s terms. Prices include delivery to your chosen UK mainland destination, number plates, Road Fund License for the term (unless otherwise stated) and Vehicle First Registration Charge.
Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd reserves the right to change or amend a price, before or after accepting an order, you will be notified of any such change by Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd in the interest of a renewed mutual acceptance of the order.

With some orders a deposit may be required to secure the services of Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd and suppliers there of, subsequent cancellation may result in the loss of the aforementioned deposit, subject to the discretion of the Senior Management Team of Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd.

Delivery & Registration:

   1. Upon completion of any applicable cooling off period (or receipt of documents where the financier allows) Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd will arrange for delivery of your new vehicle to your chosen destination.

When “Lead Times” are quoted by any member of staff at Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd, the information supplied will be from the manufacturer direct and as such any delays, changes or cancellations made by the manufacturer to the vehicle, is outside of Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd’s control and as such Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd will accept no responsibility nor liability for any losses, damage or inconvenience that may arise from an amendment or cancellation to a vehicle’s lead time or factory order.

      
   3. When orders are placed with dealers there is no guarantee that it will be sourced from a dealership local to your location, as we will always try to source the earliest vehicle to ensure as swift a service as possible and as such we cannot guarantee local registrations of vehicles.

      
   4. Even after delivery dates are organised and confirmed they are still subject to change in line with manufacturer and dealership terms and policies and as such if a term or policy is invoked against a vehicle to be supplied, the delay is out of Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd’s control and as such cannot be held responsible for it, but shall still endeavour to rearrange delivery for the earliest opportunity.

EURO 2012 SHIRT COMPETITION:

This competition shall run for the duration of the ‘European Football Championships’ (8th June – 1st July) with draws occurring each Friday (June 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th) with the first draw being held at the start of the opening ceremony on June 8th, the final draw will happen on June 29th, ahead of the competitions finale on July 1st, no entries will be considered after 16:00 on June 29th.

With each processed vehicle order, customers will be eligible for one entry into the applicable weekly prize draw (2 entries for orders on a maintained contract).Each week, one replica football shirt from a nation competing in the 2012 European Football Championship is available to be won; the shirt is to be chosen by the winning entrant. Shirts provided will be standard, authentic replica shirts; names, numbers or additional logos, will not be provided.

Winners shall be chosen at random and will be drawn by the Managing Director of Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd. and will be contacted by email to confirm shirt choice, the size required and delivery address, permission may be sought to publicise their details for the following week’s draw. 

Please note delivery timescales for the shirts are subject to availability from the supplier and are out of the control of Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd. If a shirt is returned by a winning entrant for any reason, the winner shall be liable for the cost of the return, not Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd.

If an order is cancelled prior to delivery of the vehicle, the documentation fee shall be retained by Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd, in lieu of resources used and/or utilised prior to the order’s cancellation, as is standard practice on our vehicle orders.

SUMMER GAMES "GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE" PRIZE DRAW:

This competition shall run for the duration of the ‘Summer Games’ held in our nations capital (27th July – 12th August) with the draw for the 1st (Gold) 2nd (Silver) and 3rd (Bronze) prizes occurring on Monday 13th August 2012. No entries will be considered after 16:00hrs on August 10th.

With each processed vehicle order placed during this period, customers will be eligible for one entry into the prize draw (2 entries for orders on a maintained contract).
 

The "Gold" first placed prize is £100 of M&S Vouchers.
The "Silver" second placed prize is £50 of M&S Vouchers.
The "Bronze" third placed prize is £25 of M&S Vouchers. 

Winners shall be chosen at random and will be drawn by the Managing Director of Tilsun Vehicle Contracts Ltd and will be contacted by email as confirmation. Permission may be sought to publicise their details on our website and social media outlets.
