Step 6:

Upon acceptance of the offer price the Part Exchange Team will arrange a preliminary collection date for your vehicle - don't worry though we will never leave you without a vehicle therefore should your delivery date for your lease car move, we will contact you to amend your collection date. Your collection date will generally be 24-48 hours after delivery of your lease vehicle.

Step 8:

The Part Exchange Team representative will provide you with contract of sale for the vehicle and you will receive payment for your vehicle. These funds are paid the same day via BACs (the Bankers' Automated Clearing Services) which is a scheme for the electronic processing of financial transactions within the United Kingdom. All BACS payments work on a three day cycle, taking three working days to clear. Payments are submitted to BACS on the first day, processed by the banks on the second day, and simultaneously taken from the sender account and credited to the recipient account on the third day.
