Breakdown Cover & Roadside Assistance
Vehicle Breakdowns can happen to the best of vehicles. From punctures to overheated engines, customers need to know that help is at hand should problems arise. That’s why we can offer a comprehensive roadside assistance programme, in conjunction with one of our selected Maintenance Contracts.
As a “Key Associate” of LEX Autolease our customers can utilise the benefits of an all inclusive breakdown package, but with the added benefit of tagging this onto any of our Business Contract Hire offers, even if the vehicle is not finance by LEX.
The breakdown package has a dedicated roadside assistance phone line, so customers can get help as quickly as possible, whether they are at home or on the road, 24 hours a day. European cover will also make sure you are covered when driving abroad on the continent.
Benefits at a Glance
Customers can make deliveries and get to important appointments with the LEX Autolease comprehensive RAC Breakdown Cover.
- 24 hour service – roadside assistance is available round the clock, 365 days a year.
- Roadside recovery – if a vehicle cannot be fixed on the spot, the driver and vehicle, along with up to 8 passengers, will be taken to the driver’s chosen destination.
- Assistance at home – help whether at home or at work.
- Onward travel – alternative travel or hotel accommodation will be arranged when necessary.
- European cover – this includes organising travel documents, such as vehicle-on-hire certificates and legal information on driving abroad, as well as providing breakdown cover whilst abroad. Included within these packages is a dedicated European service phone line to help arrange other documents needed.
